Bad Hair Day?

So I just recently got my haircut. I wake up the other day and I'm sent to the store for eggs or some ridiculous ingredient my dad needed that very moment. so Im at the store and Im buying my stuff and the cashier guy looks at me, and says " having a bad hair day?" . I looked at him completly stunned. what's worse, having a bad hair day or the fact that I hadn't showered yet? so I replied, " Um.... yeah, kinda. I haven't really sho- I just woke up umm.." and it was just the strangest thing ever. what if I wasn't having a bad hair day, what if I had spent hours doing my hair like that and this guy just crushed my self confidence? ridiculous. It's extremely late, I just can't sleep. My mom's been in the hospital this week because her Lupus is like really bad, but shes doing fine. It was so funny though when I went to visit her. She was on some intense medication the first night I got there, and it's really funny to picture my mom high, but even funnier to see her actually being high. can I just give you guys some examples of what she did.
first, my dad called , and chad's like " hey mom, dads on the phone." and my mom says " tell him Im not here, tell him Im dead. Bahahahah!" and thought that was really funny. Then she made fun of my brother, chad, by saying " Oh, my name is chad. Rachel doesn't love me, but emily does. " and making crying noises. Im pretty sure she was making fun of my brother for getting broken up with. then john convinced her that I was engaged. She also told us that prisoners were outside and they were licking the tables so we better make sure we wash our hands really good when we go back inside. then she called a nurse " as dumb as an apple." and said a doctor gave her the "heebie jeebies" then did a heeby jeebies dance. Needless to say,I was very excited to visit her the next day. turns out, they fixed her medication or whatever and she was her usual sober self. bummer, I know. but it was fun while it lasted!
anyways, Im going to pretend to sleep for 6 hours. Oh yeah, I also wrote a 5 page essay today in 2 hours. good, right?
